Food Tasting @ Splendido with Arman and Sheryl (by David)

Just posting some of the very few pix I took last Sunday.

This was taken at Splendido, Tagaytay. We assisted Arman and Sheryll on their food tasting activity. As always, Splendido meals never failed to satisfy my appetite.

Wilbert and Amie are one of the more specific couples we ever had. They know exactly how they would want their wedding to happen. Quiet as they seem, their ideas to make their wedding extremely fabulous paid off. They are relaxed on the day, and the small details they worked hard on made their wedding very much "them". :)

It was a reunion of sort as the couple is based abroad, their wedding is a day when both families and their friends get to mingle once again and celebrate a moment full of love and laughter.

These wine holders were manufactured at the crafts business center of the bride's dad. Each sponsor was given one with wine.

The gown was bought at Cayman Islands. It was very lovely on her. :) The bride had another gown made in Manila for her reception. But since she soooo loved her bridal gown, she decided not to change for the reception.

Frustration nyahahaha. David told me once that he wanted to be the lead singer of the greenbelt choir, singing solo without practice. I guess you look better singing for me alone :)

More than just luck ( Ted and Kat 08.08.08)

You can get married anytime of the year. But if you are lucky enough, maybe you would secure a slot on the luckiest day of the year!!! Ted and Kat are not just lucky, they are also one of the sweeter couple we've had. The bride was into the preparations the whole time. She would always tease the groom to prepare a surprize for her since she poured her heart out for the wedding. Little did she know that Ted prepared one hell of a roller coaster ride for her and would keep her waiting for more surprizes come the wedding day. First he prepared a special photoframe of their favorite prenuptial shot that was displayed at the reception entrance. Then shortly before their first dance, he had a reenactment of courtship and sang his bride a special song before he asked her to dance with him. During the singles game, he made a certain dance that made the bride giggle a lot.
They were high school sweethearts who eventually broke up but met again and hooked up again. Destiny as it seems, they found each other saying their vows at the altar of St James the great.
It was a crazy and fun wedding. All the details made it more unique and more unforgettable. Just like their love of each other.

This is Kat's lola at their lanai. It is always an honor and enriching experience to see grandparents attend the wedding of their grandchildren.

If you look around the house, you'll find intricate interesting details surrounding the place. No need to stay in the hotel if you are blessed with this kind of home.

The bridal gown was set up by Paul Vincent at the hallway of the loft achieving a grander look. Reminds me of great European photographs were natural lighting is used
Kat's father is very generous to tour us around the house. The house is yet to be finished ( it has been newly done) perfectly for the wedding.

They gave unbrellas as souvenirs for the guests with their names printed on it with the date. We used these as well for pictorial purposes after the ceremonies

Reception: Garden Ballroom, EDSA Shangrila

This couple rocks!!!!Nina is a very bubbly and lovely bride. Paolo on the other hand is someone who tells you what he wants and will make sure that it is done. This couple is lucky to have great friends who were there from day 1 when the wedding preps kicked off. They also have a very organized and cooperative family members who made the event absolutely special.
The most applauded segment of the day??? The couple's first dance. A remix of 4 sexy songs. This paired with great choreography and lots of projection made the night an ultimate entertainment for all the attendees.
So where's the sexiness? Their very existence made it so obvious. :)

Being organized can make the turnover of items on the day a lot easier. Nina got this discipline from her corporate world as she does trainings as well.
She's one o0f the brides who reads and follows the timetable and final checklist guide that I give during the final meeting

The maid of honor is more like a sister to the bride. Here, she prepares her speech on one corner of the bridal suite. She delivered it with tears during the reception program.

This is also the wedding when I lost my wedding bands. :( It must have slipped off my finger. David and I looked at it on a brighter note. Maybe I deserve an eternity ring on our 5th year this coming October :p. Maybe I also got sexier that's why it went loose.

Nope. Not the one we put on our face. :) It's the one thing you do when you owe a lot. Yes. I'm back to blogging. About the past weddings we've been through. In no particular order :) Good to be back on track
