One Countryside Romance

The wedding of Andre See and Pia Sta. Romana
Our Lady of Lourdes Parish, Tagaytay City
Hacienda Isabella

Andre and Pia has been our coolest couple to date. :) It was a pleasure to meet couples who exactly know what they want and those realistic enough to know that every wedding detail must be in tandem with the couple's personality and their so called " Love for each other".

They wanted a laid back feel. But their creative side nailed the theme they opted for with a whole lot of surprizes.

A postcard save the date with both of them eating a noodle dish was the first on our list. I asked them why pancit canton. They replied " Baduy ba? wala lang" Whoever said that eating noodles together would be baduy? It was so cute :)

Their invitation was in gray paper with a design on two birds kissing each other while sitting on some electric cables. Cool right?

Now let's talk about Pia. She is one super gorgeous bride. She registers beautifully on screen as well. During the preps, she was in an allwhite shorts and polo ensemble, she looked heavenly. While her gown was made by Jojie Lloren. The intricate layering of the fabric, gave it some texture and interest.

Pia's hair and make up were done by Hazel Gonzales.

Her something blue went to her shoes. A pair of cobalt blue Zara peep toes
created drama on her ensemble.

The cascading bouquet in crystals and orchids added a bit of flair to her nostalgic bridal walk.

Andre's suit, was done by JC Buendia. A similar orchid with crystals details was used as his buttonnaire.

Andre and Pia opted for a Yellow and Gray combination for the wedding. I was looking forward to someone who will be bold enough to take that combination. The dresses of the entourage were in Jersey, done by Tina Lirag of New Yorker.

The church, Our Lady of Lourdes in Tagaytay. David mentioned that during Pia's bridal walk, the applause of the audience was the loudest he has heard in years. People were literally cheering when the door opened and the bride made her walk. Pia was crying and laughing at the same time. :)

Talk about being cool- during the vows, Pia in her turn cried while Andre tried to wipe her tears, she even blurted " wag na , yung make up ko" . It actually made everyone burst into laughter

A mixture of Yellow and white balloons ( white for the couple) were released during the post ceremony activity.

Pia and Andre chose the perfect spot for their reception. Hacienda Isabella has a rustic feel soon as you enter the gates, it feels like you are being transported in another place. Both vintage and countryside.

The centerpieces done by Tropical Blooms complemented the damask linens and table set up done by CIBO.

The gates and pathway of Hacienda were filled with alternating yellow and gray ribbons to have the guest a feel of the theme.

CIBO put freshly opened Coconuts on top of the VIP plates as a welcome beverage.

The same colored ribbons wre put at the back of Pia and Andre's chair

Luminaries filled the pathway from the Main house to the program area

The couple opted for an all edible ensemble of cakes from Estrels and a cake topper from Etsy's made it look so unique.

The brass munkeys played all night for the after-party long as the guests enjoy some serving of porridge and a whole lotta booze

Pia and Andre, got the wedding that they deserved :)

Let me leave you with some of the Pia and Andre's engagement pictorial taken by Friends :), a glimpse of their first dance ( Andre's friends have never seen him like this before ) and their onsite video done by Bob Nicolas
